Saving Bernie and Others

I have been suffering from allergic reactions since I was born.
In most cases, mild allergic reactions do not matter and I am accustomed to them.
But laryngeal edema, a very serious manifestation of allergy, can be life-threatening.

Some of my allergens are listed below, the number of + denotes the severity of the reaction:

  • +++ Penicillin (even penicillium is dangerous for me)
  • ++ Shell of shrimp and crab
  • ++ Pollen
  • + Lactose (a small amount is not a problem)
  • + Peach
  • EpiPen (Epinephrine) can save my life when severe allergic reactions occur.
    I always have at least one by my side, in my office or my home.

    If you find I can’t breathe or I have no consciousness, don’t hesitate to find the EpiPen with me and inject it into the middle of my outer thigh.

    Please spend 1 minute to read this quick guide on how to use an EpiPen.

    If you encounter the same problem, please call me for help immediately. Remember, a patient with severe allergic reactions may already be in heaven before arriving at the hospital.

    Thank you for taking the time to read this page. Cherish your health and enjoy the life!
